Application forms can be obtained from the Director, AIHCM, by paying Rs.800/- in cash/DD.
Applications can also be downloaded from www.apolloihcm.ac.in or www.braou.ac.in.
Applications should be submitted to the Director, Apollo Institute of Health Care Management, Academic Block, Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 500 096, along with a DD on or before 7th June 2014.
