Prospectus and application form are available at college campuses & city offices of both colleges (Bareilly/ Lucknow). Candidates can also download the application from website or send an application on plain paper with full details, photocopies of testimonials and recent photograph supported by DD/Cash of Rs.31,000/- (Rs.30,000/- refundable in case of non-admission) in favour of SRMS Trust payable at Bareilly or Lucknow as the case may be.
